Studio Information
Privacy Notice
Last updated: June 2026.
Infinite Forge Studio is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. This website presents reflective music, poetry, lyric notes, printable family activities, and related legacy material.
Some resources, listening notes, printable materials, and site features are still being gathered. A visible page or section does not necessarily mean that every listed resource is complete or publicly available.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, enquiry type, message, and any other information you choose to include. If you contact the studio by email, including through a general, collaboration, publishing, support, or other role-based studio address, we receive the information contained in that message and the address used to send it.
The website, hosting provider, and security services may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URLs, timestamps, security events, and form-verification data.
Please do not send private, confidential, financial, medical, account, password, or identity-document information through the contact form or studio email addresses.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, route messages to the appropriate studio function, assess collaboration or partnership opportunities, manage permission, collaboration, publication, or support enquiries, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website from spam and abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations where required.
Contacting the studio does not add you to a marketing or newsletter list. We will not use an enquiry address for promotional messages unless you have separately chosen to receive them.
Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the lawful basis will usually be our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the studio website and responding to messages, or steps taken at your request before entering into a possible agreement. We may also process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Contact form protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile and the site’s security services may process technical information about the request, browser environment, IP address, and verification result. The form endpoint also uses short-lived rate-limiting counters; IP addresses are converted into a daily cryptographic hash for this purpose, and those counters are configured to expire automatically within 48 hours.
Who we share information with
Personal information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure, deliver, and maintain the website or receive studio email, including Cloudflare and Microsoft 365 where those services are used. We may also share information with professional advisers, regulators, or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Downloads and public previews
Public resources are limited to listening pages, lyric notes, printable activities, samplers, visitor-safe documents, or other release-safe material. Downloads do not require an account, although standard technical logs may record requests made to the website.
Cookies, analytics, and future services
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or a marketing analytics platform. Essential hosting and security technology may be used to deliver the site and protect forms from abuse. If analytics, newsletter handling, embedded media, payments, or other third-party services are added later, this notice will be updated and any required choices will be provided.
Enquiry records
To manage messages reliably, we may keep a restricted enquiry register containing limited details such as your name, email address, enquiry category, date received, current status, and a retention-review date. This helps the studio respond, follow up where appropriate, and avoid losing active correspondence. It does not turn an enquiry into a marketing subscription.
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails and related records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any continuing relationship, assess an opportunity, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. General enquiries may be deleted or anonymised once they are no longer needed. Collaboration, publishing, contractual, support, or dispute records may be retained for longer where the relationship or business need continues. Technical and security information is retained according to the needs of the service and the retention settings of the relevant provider.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we expect appropriate legal and contractual safeguards to be used.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
